This course is designed for hotel employees who want to improve their communication skills in English and provide professional service to international guests. Participants will learn how to welcome and check in guests, respond to inquiries, handle requests and complaints, and communicate clearly and politely in everyday hotel situations. The course focuses on practical dialogues, useful vocabulary, and confident, professional communication when working with guests.
