This course is designed for hotel employees who want to improve their communication in Croatian and provide professional service to international guests. Participants learn how to welcome and check in guests, respond to inquiries, handle requests and complaints, and communicate clearly and politely in everyday hotel situations. The focus of the course is on practical dialogues, useful vocabulary, and confident, professional communication when working with guests.
